Abstract

This corrigendum corrects Table (1.3) on p. 320. To our horror, in the preparation of the original manuscript we accidentally copied numerical estimates from the wrong computer program (implemented in MathematicaTM). We thank Sander Zwegers for bringing this to our attention. The corrected table, Table (1.3), appears below.
