Closed Graph Theorem for Quadratic Spaces

An algebraic version of the Closed Graph Theorem is proved. This yields a characterization of orthocontinuous linear transformations on quadratic spaces and also settles an open question as to whether or not an everywhere defined closed linear operator on a quadratic space is orthocontinuous.
